Painting on glass, which I call "Something in the Ocean." Natural wooden frame holds a 5" x 7". One of one. Frame without painting is $4. With painting $18.

A beautiful solid wood drawer with no place to go was transformed into art and homed nicely on a living room wall. Reclaimed spray paint and beads were used to create the art. Ordinary handles were removed (trust me, it was a good decision.) Hand-painted. Measures 33" high, 23" wide and 4" deep. $50

Visions from a dream. A painting on glass by Kristine Dang. New paint and refabbed frame. Frame measures 18" x 18". $48
Art can be replaced with a mirror by request, no problemo.

This medium sized frame is offered with original art by Kristine Dang. The painting is on glass in a solid wood vintage frame, newly painted red and orange. Art can be traded in for a mirror replacement, with a two-week promise date. Measures 7" x 9". $28

I worked really hard to get this piece done today. I used left-over paint, and I let my hands and heart do the work. I had no idea what I created. What was thine own's mind was changed by visions I did not realize I had captured. This was meant to be zen and peaceful, instead it is the image I remember of Vietnam on Fire in 1975. Perhaps this is why I do what I do... It is my art. This was an 8-ft fish acrylic tank, which was semi-useless, so I turned into light box art.
This piece is called Vietnam Under Siege and is for sale for $1,975. (Notice price and date of escape from Vietnam? April 29, 1975.)
*When our ship departed port from Saigon in 1975, I remembered the most beautiful sunset that lasted hours and hours. It was only 3 years ago that I realized it was the bombing at the Saigon border...

Stencil art by Jeremiah Bal, who hand-painted the artwork using a salvaged cutting board as his canvas. This was one of his earlier works. We LUV reclamation artists. One of one. 45-

This is a beautiful piece of work by Dan Caven, who is an artist featured currently at Fernseed. He uses all reclaimed materials (trash ) (note paint can and large nail). Dan is part of the Crucible and creates his own illuminated gas lamps for his art. I love this piece. Personally, I call it "Lady Justice Out of Balance." Incredibly beautiful. 750-

Dan Caven is part of Crucible... I have four pieces at my store. He is amazing. Work with neon is not easy. Please stop by to check it out. Beautiful art, and all used materials!

Pre-own graffiti art by artist Curve of San Francisco. This one is called "Love," and it is quite funny. A bit on the R-rated side though, due to the tad of profanity used when describing his opinion on the topic of love (I'm laughing as I am writing this). You must see it to understand why it's so funny. Originally purchased at a San Francisco gallery, the art is now available at Fernseed. $375
Left: Framed art created with vintage cards and reclaimed wooden frames. Hand-made by artist David Nyquist to express his view of an oiled war world. $45 each or $120 for the set.

The above Hoop Lanterns were designed by John and created from reclaimed abandoned Burning Man objects (hula hoops and assorted fabric).
